He is Partner – Counsel of the Firm. His professional achievement as Barrister & Solicitor, Registered Capital Market Legal Consultants, Authorized Mediator & Arbitrator. He is responsible in handling Corporate & Commercial Law Practices especially in securities and stock exchange Law in this firm and assisting also Indonesian and foreign client.

He is graduate in law studies from School of Law  Gajah Mada University, Jogjakarta (1977).  He is limited person engaged visiting Fellow  from Government of United State of America  (USA) by United State International Communication Agency (USICA) Washington D.C (1981).

His professional history, join Legal Aid Intitute (LBH) Jakarta  (1978 – 1981). He is formerly as Director of Credit Securitization Perum Sarana Pengembangan Usaha (State owned Company under decree of Ministry of  State concerning State Owned Enterprise/ BUMN) (2003 – 2008).  Mr. Nasroen establish Yasabari & Partners  (1990 – 2002) with area of practice in General Private & Commercial Law Matter.

He is as academician (lecturer for law studies) & legal researcher, active as :

• Faculty Member,   Faculty of Economic,  Pancasila University,  Jakarta., 1983 – Present,
• Faculty Member, STIE Perbanas Business School, Jakarta 1983 – 1987.
